wine. You'll gain an understanding of it's development around the world
and the various methods of production as well as gaining a true
appreciation of the complexities, styles and what makes a quality
sparkling wine.
Throughout
the day you'll taste at least 12 different sparkling wines
enabling you to sample the differences side by side.
And who says you can't drink sparkling wine with a meal? We'll show you some fantastic combinations during the 3 course gourmet lunch - including a very unusual bubbly!
