Your
eloquence, communicaitive skills, expert use of language, ease of
getting through to us and - perhaps especially - your ability to keep
everything in logical order, never once forgetting an item from the
many lists you set yourself, were a delight in their own right,
independently of what you were telling us.
Then
your choice of what to tell us, your ability to gauge the general level
of knowledge in your audience (ranging from zero - in my case - to
fairly high) and to cater for the whole range was interesting, useful

"Judy and I greatly enjoyed the tasting. The voucher was a gift from our daughter and we didn’t know what to expect..... but you made it into a thoroughly instructive and entertaining day. You have certainly found your true vocation!...Although I have been drinking wine for almost 50 years, I had never (knowingly) had a Grenache Blanc and I have largely avoided the non-Rioja wines of Spain (especially the whites). Thus the opportunity to taste the Domaine Lafage and the Navarra and Bierzo was much appreciated, and I enjoyed the Portugese Lureiro/Alvarinho – another first. Well done! This is just a quick note to say how much my partner and I enjoyed our work shop day in Oxford (It was my birthday present to him). The whole day was a fun way of learning about wines, (which were a little too (if there is such a thing!) free flowing- 'making' us have a late afternoon siesta when we got home!). The whole experience was very, very enjoyable - Adam was a great 'host' and answered every question put to him - even considering my assessment of the Chardonnay having the nose of a stagnant pond!
