Unearthed are now hosting the popular One Day Wine Tasting Workshops in Scotland. Our
World of Wine Workshop is structured so as to appeal to everyone from
the absolute
beginner through to budding wine enthusiast.
You'll
learn how to taste and analyse wine. While tasting at least 14 wines
you'll learn how region, climate, winemaking techniques and many other
factors affect the final wine in the bottle. You'll learn what makes a
better quality wine and the key characteristics of each grape variety
and the typical regions you find them. All this and much more in a fun
and informative one day workshop.
Typical days outline:
