Wine Unearthed Standard Terms & Conditions
One Day Wine workshops and courses
All workshops, course bookings and gift vouchers are non-refundable except per conditions below. Dates can be transferred as detailed below.Your booking will not be secured on any workshop or event until until it has been fully paid for.
For open dated vouchers you will still need to book your space onto your preferred workshop date and this booking will not be secured until you have received confirmation via post or email.
What if I can't make it or need to change the date?:
- If a refund is requested within 7 days of payment for any booking or voucher a £20 admin fee is payable unless the request is made less than 2 weeks prior the event in which case a £25 per person admin fee will apply.
- If you wish to change your workshop to a different date no admin fee will be payable as long as the workshop date you are currently booked on to is at least 4 weeks away.
- If you wish to transfer to another date and have provided more than two weeks notice a £15 per person admin fee will be applicable.
- We generally do not offer date transfers with less than two weeks however if you are unable to attend due to circumstances out of your control we will allow you to book onto another workshop at a rate of £40 per person .
Wine Unearthed Reserve the right to ask any person to leave a workshop, course or event should their behaviour be deemed inappropriate. We expect all attendees to treat our tutors with respect and courtesy.
Wine Unearthed are not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of attending a Wine Unearthed workshop, course or event.
In making a purchase with Wine Unearthed or attending any course or event you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Corporate and Private Events
