The Full Day Wine Tasting Event

Escape for the full day and get to know your grapes as well as your work mates! A fantastic day out with plenty of interactive wine challenges as well as a carefully designed food & wine matching lunch or dinner.

The day starts with an introduction on ‘how to taste wine like a professional’ with guidance on what you’re looking at, what you’re sniffing, and most importantly, what you’re tasting! Throughout the day you’ll be able to compare wines side by side and gain a real appreciation of the world of wine. You’re kept busy with fun wine challenges, testing your nose, palate and communication skills. Can you identify wines in a blind challenge (don’t worry no blindfolds are used...normally!) Can you tell your Old World from your New World Wine or your Sauvignon Blanc from your Chardonnay? The Fundamentals of food & wine matching are covered as you enjoy a 3 course food and wine matching lunch or dinner.
