Start
the evening with a chilled glass of Bubbly followed by an introduction
to wine tasting and a 3 course food and wine matching dinner.
You’ll
taste the first wine to demonstrate ‘how to taste’ and then compare and
contrast wines side by side (for example Old World vs New World as
shown below) before moving onto a specially designed 3 course food and
wine matching dinner. Learn about each wine as you gain a first hand
experience of how to compliment food with the right wine. You can keep
things lively with a fun quiz during the meal.

We can either come to your chosen venue or you may like us to suggest some options in your area - we work with many restaurants and Hotels throughout the UK to provide a great food & wine experience
*Note, the exact same structure can be used for a lunchtime. We can structure you event in any way to suit. For example we can do a shorter introduction (even just reception wine and cover all the tastings throughout the duration of the dinner. Wines would be served in pairs before each course.
