Private wine tasting at your own premises/venue:
This could be a pre dinner tasting or just an after work event. We would generally start with a brief introduction on how to taste wine and then cover a general wine subject – something like ‘Great Grapes’ or ‘New World vs Old World’ or, if your audience would prefer a more specific theme such as ‘Tour de France’ we can do that. We like to keep events interactive so bring in a fun element by serving some of the wines blind - this always generates plenty of discussion among guests. Guests always enjoy a game of wine options at the end. WE would generally recommend a period of 1½ to 2 hours but can extend to any duration to suit your requirements. Within this period we would recommend showing up to 8 different wines.
