Pre dinner tutored tasting followed by food & wine matching lunch/dinner
(approx 3 - 3½  hours):

Another popular structure is to start the evening with a pre dinner tutored tasting lasting approx 1-1½ hours where guests would taste one wine to demonstrate ‘how to taste’ and then two pairs of wines. The tasting would then move onto a dinner where each course will be served with a specially selected wine to match. A wine list will be provided with a tasting note on each of the wines served with dinner. As shown in the sample outlines below the pre dinner tasting can be shorter with more tasting continuing with the wines served in pairs pre each course and you also have the option of your event host staying throughout the duration of the meal or just providing an introduction and leaving guests to relax and enjoy the food & wine. Note, the exact same structure can be used for a lunchtime.

We can structure you event in any way to suit. For example we can do a shorter introduction (even just reception wine and cover all the tastings throughout the duration of the dinner. Wines would be served in pairs before each course.
