'Great Grapes' Evening Wine Tasting Course
This is a great bite-sized course
for those wanting to understand a little more about the wine they are
drinking. Focusing on 4 different key grape varieties each week your
dedicated tutor will guide you through some theory as well as tasting 6
different wines each session. You will cover how to taste wine and what
to look for whilst considering differences in style due to factors such
as climate and winemaking technique.
The Course runs over 5 sessions each of 2 hours
on consecutive weeks by the end of which you'll have gained a better
understanding of wine in general and more confidence when making your
wine choices. All materials are provided along with 6 ISO wine tasting
glasses to keep. You'll leave having really caught the wine bug!

| 'World of Wine' Evening Course | |
The sessions runs over 7 evening sessions each of 2 hours by the end of which you'll have gained a better understanding of all of the key wine producing regions and their typical wines as well as gaining more confidence when making your wine choices. All materials are provided and if you book 5 or more sessions you'll receive 6 ISO wine tasting glasses to keep.
Each week will consist of some theory and plenty of tasting. 6 Wines will be tasted each evening. Wines are specially selected to demonstrate that evenings subject. That's at least 42 different wines!

Champagne & Sparkling Wine 1 Session Sparkling wine comes in many different
guises from Vintage Champagne to Cava and New World Sparkly to traditional
Prosecco. In this 2 hour session you will be given the opportunity to taste the
various styles of fizz whilst learning how they are made, the grapes used and

This 2 hour session will lead you through
everything from dry Sherry to Port and from Madeira to Pedro Ximenez covering how they are made, the grapes that are used and the best food to have with them to fully enjoy their delights . The spectrum of Fortified wines is incredibly varied so why not join us to discover a new tipple?
