Our most popular White Wines on our wine-tastings as CHOSEN BY YOU!
£69 (6 wines)
Vignerons de Valencay 2022, Loire Valley, France (Sauvignon Blanc) (NEW)
Aromatic with ripe tropical fruits on the nose and palate. The wine is fresh, fruity, clean and delicious. Much fruitier than most French Sauvignons.
Amalaya, Salta, Argentina (Torrontes) (NEW)
Torrontes is virtually unique to Argentina. This is a wonderfully crisp, fresh, perfumed example with citrus, flowers and exotic fruit. Most people havent tasted Torrontes before our courses, when they do, most people like it!!
Ontanon Rioja Blanco, Spain (Viura)
White Rioja is new to many - but for those in the know it gets you a lot of wine for your money. Opulent aromas of pear and jasmine, with tropical notes . The complex palate is soft and round with ripe fruit and brioche notes on the finish.
Terrazze della Luna, 2021, Trentino, Italy (Pinot Grigio)
Grown up Pinot Grigio from the Premium wine region of Trentino in Italy's North East. Easy drinking but with personality! Citrus, perfumed, with good minerality giving a wine with great texture.
Goats do Roam, Paarl, South Africa (Viognier Blend) (NEW)
We often start our tastings with this wine as Viognier's relatively low acidity and pronounced aroma and flavour make it a very popular 'crowd-pleaser'. Easy drinking with citrus, stone fruits and a soft texture - whilst starting our tasting first it often lasts long in the memory as it is commonly many people's favourite white wine of the day!
False Bay 'Slow' 2020, W Cape, South Africa (Chenin Blanc)
Chenin crafted the wild way – old vine fruit, fermented with wild yeast found naturally on the grapes. Up to six months lees ageing after fermentation gives a slow and natural evolution and a harmonious and balanced wine. Citrus, touch of honey - smooth.
