You might not be able to travel through France at the moment so let us bring the vineyards of France to you!

Two different cases - one whites and the other reds. Each carefully selected showcasing the true diversity of French wines.

Sebastien Vaillant Valencay 2018, Loire (Sauvignon blanc)

Ripe, round, smooth, Loire Sauvignon - great texture

GENETIE Bourgogne Chardonnay ‘Illuminé’ 2017, Burgundy (Chardonnay)

Fine buttery and floral notes on the nose. Some creamy textural notes with and a hint of citrus zestiness

Cave de Turckheim 2018, Alsace (Pinot Blanc)

With aromas of ripe peach and citrus, this is an elegant wine with the character, weight and texture of a warm vintage that is guaranteed to impress.

Ginestet 2018, Bordeaux (Sauvignon Blanc)

Clean, fresh, zesty, limey nose with hints of tropical fruit (kiwi fruit and grapefruit) on the palate . Ripe and has more weight than the Loire Sauvignon.

Domaine de la Combe, Muscadet Sèvre & Maine Sur Lie 2018, France (Melon de Bourgogne)

Flinty, lightly mineral with appley fruit and real texture and interest. The old vine fruit adds amazing depth and mineral complexity to this fresh, savoury wine

Cave de l’Ormarine Picpoul de Pinet 2018, Languedoc (Picpoul)

Gently perfumed, ripe melon fruit on the nose - vibrant and fresh. The palate is ripe but retains excellent freshness, balanced by a touch of white pepper spice that is very typical of Picpoul.

Chateau de Belleverne Chenas 2017, Burgundy (Gamay)

Deep and beetroot-stained, the palate is reminiscent of ripe Victoria plums; plush with a gorgeous velvety texture and pleasantly cleansing tannins.

Boutinot Les Coteaux 2017, Rhone ( Grenache/Syrah)

Exceptional wine - brambly fruit, smooth texture from the old vine fruit and subtle use of oak, rich and round with a hint of peppery spice.

Chateau Buisson-Redon 2016, Bordeaux (Merlot/Cabernet)

Classic right bank Bordeaux with dark berry aromas and cinnamon spice. The palate is medium-bodied and structured with round, warm fruit and a velvety finish.

Chateau Pineraie 2016, Cahors (Malbec)

The original Malbec. Intense berry fruit with plum, blackberry and lots of spicy oak. Characterful and complex with great structure and balance. Drinking well now but capable of medium term ageing.

Clos Bagatelle a'L'Origine' 2018, Saint Chinian, (Syrah/Grenache)

In the glass, the wine has a bright ruby colour with a fresh, herby, garrigue nose. A touch of liquorice is followed by full-flavoured and intense, typically southern flavours. Equal measures of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache and a dash of Mouvèdre provide youth, excellent balance and generous and gentle structure.

Les Volets 2018, Languedoc (Pinot Noir)

Bright ruby red, with upfront aromas of freshly-picked raspberries and an underlying savouriness. Fleshy red fruits continue to the palate and are joined by fine tannins and juicy acidity - the foundations of a serious Pinot Noir.
