Peter Lehmann ‘Layers’ Adelaide White 2019, Australia (Semillon blend)
Excellent blended white wine from one of South Australia’s most famous and respected producers. Semillon provides citrus, Muscat adds fruit and aromatics and Pinot Gris adds mouthfeel and texture. The sum that’s greater than its parts.
De Loach ‘Heritage’ Sonoma County 2018, California (Chardonnay)
This Californian Chardonnay is classy and restrained with orange blossom and honeydew melon aromas giving way to a tropical mouthful of pineapple and mango.

Dandelion Vineyards 'Lionheart', 2017, Barossa, Australia (Shiraz)
The Barossa Valley in Australia is world renowned for top class Shiraz. This is an intense example from Old Vine s- some of which are over 100 yrs of age. Rich, deep red - smooth, blackberries, dark chocolate, spice and oak all are too the fore , great balance and soft tannins - voted by our Customers as their favourite 'Big Red'.
Nieto Senetiner, 2018, Mendoza, Argentina (Malbec)
Mendoza has become synonymous with Malbec – this is a great example from 40yr old vines. Mid red, smooth velvety texture, black fruits, spice -great with steak!
Novas Gran Reserva (Organic) 2018, Casablanca, Chile (Pinot Noir)
Pinot Noir is a thin skinned grape so Is characterised by being Light red in colour. The palate shows delicious ripe summer fruit character and is perfectly balanced by soft tannins and refreshing acidity. It has a long and elegant finish. Perfect with White meats.
Showdown Estate ‘The Man with the Ax’ 2018, California (Cabernet Sauvignon)
A real crowd pleaser, plummy dark fruit, soft and smooth with a hint of vanilla and spice. An early drinking, easy drinking style of Cabernet.
Excelsior 2018, Robertson, South Africa (Merlot)
Hand harvested Merlot grapes, from the warm Robertson region. On the nose this wine shows ripe cherry characters, backed up by smoky coffee and spice notes. The palate is soft and smooth, yet has a good structure for medium term ageing.
Trinity Hill ‘The Trinity’ 2017, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand (Merlot Blend)
A premium blended wine from Hawkes Bay – the North Island’s main red wine region.
Merlot is the dominant grape providing plummy fruit and soft texture with some Tempranillo and Malbec in the blend to add complexity, structure and a spiciness to the blend.
