Spain is one of the world’s biggest wine producers, with a rich diversity of styles, regions, and grape varieties. Its wines are shaped by a unique combination of ancient traditions, varied climates, and modern innovation. 
 
We will look at 3 very different Premium Red Wines.- all circa £20 a bottle
We will start with a medium bodied Bobal-blend from Manchuela, S.E Spain - fantastic label, modern Spanish winemaking - scores 93+ from the Wine Advocate (thats a lot of points for a £20 wine!)
 
Next up we will head North to more familiar grounds and taste a fantastic Rioja from one of the region's most legendary producers Telmo Rodriguez. From Rioja alavesa this is an elegant, approachable Rioja that focuses on the fruit rather than the oak 
 
We will finish with the biggest wine of the tasting - a full bodied red from Murcia in Southern Spain. This is a Monastrell blend from vines which are 80+ years old. Bodegas Castano is a Monastrell specialist and has put Yecla on the Spanish wine map!
